Power Snatch x 2.2.2
(rest 10-15 seconds between doubles)
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Eight sets of:
Snatch Push Press x 3 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Weighted Pull-Ups x 4 reps @ 20X0
Rest 60 seconds

Results:
A.
1. 155
2. 165
3. 175
4. 185 (some fails and some below parallel, see video)
B.
first two sets with 75# and 155
last 6 sets with 65# and 175#
Notes:
On Saturday I went with Ed and Kyle to Catalyst Athletics and worked with Steve Pan. He was outstanding as a coach to help the three of us with our clean and jerk. We all learned a lot and I hope to add 10-20 lbs to my clean and jerk pr within the next month.

Today went well with the exception on a little mishap on my last sets of snatches. Nothing that hurt me but I just feel stupid for falling over with the bar on top of me.
