Six sets of:
Snatch x 1.1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles)
Rest as needed
All snatches should be performed between 75-90%
B.
Build to a 225 lb Power Clean
and then . . .
Three sets for max reps of:
Unbroken Touch-n-Go Power Cleans (205 lbs)
Rest 5 minutes
You must terminate the set at any point that you break rhythm or drop the barbell. If you get 8 or more reps at 205, jump to 215. 8 or more at 215, jump to 225.

C.
Three sets of:
Back Squat x 5 reps
Rest as needed
