115 lbs Thrusters x 5 reps
32 kg Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps (Russian)
Double-Unders x 20 reps
Rest 60 seconds
C. Five sets of:
Heavy Sled Push x 20 yards
Pull-Ups x 15 reps
Rest 2 minutes

Results:
A. 225 x 4 for all sets
B. completed
C. completed

Notes:
Font squats were hard but feeling great. B and C were easy and ub.
