Notes:
300 is a pr so 2 reps is awesome. I can go heavier and will soon!
Super Diane was hard. 21 and 9 dl ub but hspus slowed me down half way through the set of 21.
20 ub wall ball shots for 5 sets is huge for me. I was having problems with wall ball shots a few weeks ago so to able to complete that ub after Super Diane makes me happy!
