As many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
115 lb. Push Press x 10 reps
Pull-ups x 10 reps

Rest exactly 3 minutes after exercises and then:
As many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
24" Box Jumps x 10 reps
32kg Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps

Results:
4 rds and 4 rds + 10 box jumps
