Lots of good shit today! Made a pr on the snatch at 210#. I haven't even been close to that in almost half a year so that was cool. Even cooler than that was 275# fs x 2. On week one of training, six weeks ago, I was asked to find a 1rm front squat and it was 275#. Today I got it twice and am feeling stronger and more badass in general. Thanks to CJ from CrossFit Invictus for all the guidance.
